FREE SHIPPING

We offer free tracked shipping on all orders to the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. No minimum order value required.

DELIVERY TIME

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location and carrier volume.

TRACKING

As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your parcel all the way to your door.

If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@mia-outlet.com and we'll look into it.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier upon delivery.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can arrange to reship it at an additional cost, or refund the order minus original shipping costs.
